Returns & Policy Exchange

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, the following applies:

 

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We will refund or exchange any product within 30 days, with proof of purchase
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of the following items:
    • Used items
    • Items whose original packaging is missing
    • Items that expired after purchase
    • Damaged or abused items
    • Items with missing parts or accessories
    • Customized items e.g. cut glass
    • Items that were specially ordered
    • Delivery charges
  • We will:
    • Refund items paid for with cash or debit card with cash
    • Issue store credit for the original purchase amount if items were purchased on account

 

Guarantee

Regardless/irrespective of the guarantee/warranty offered by the manufacture, in the event of a genuine quality problem, Farm & City Centre will arrange a repair with the manufacturer, exchange or refund.

 

Cell phones/ Tablets & Appliances

Cell phones cannot be exchanged or refunded. Faulty cell phones/tablets are covered by a separate warranty.

Electrical appliances returned are subject to their warranties.
