Do you offer credit facilities?

We have a credit facility for Zimbabwean civil servants. Visit your nearest Farm & City Centre branch for a quotation of the products you want and an application form to apply for the credit payment scheme. Don’t forget your national identity card and current pay slip.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will refund or exchange your product within 30 days, with proof of purchase.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of the following items:

  • Used items;
  • Items missing the original packaging;
  • Items that have expired since purchase;
  • Damaged items;
  • Items with missing parts or accessories;
  • Customized items e.g. cut glass;
  • Items that were specially ordered;
  • Delivery charges.

We will refund items paid for with cash or debit card with cash, and issue store credit for the original purchase amount if items were purchased on account.


Irrespective of the guarantee/warranty offered by the manufacture, in the event of a genuine quality problem, Farm & City Centre will arrange a repair with the manufacturer, exchange or refund.

Cell phones/tablets & appliances

Cell phones cannot be exchanged or refunded. Faulty cell phones/tablets are covered by a separate warranty. Electrical appliances returned are subject to their warranties.

Do you accept bank transfers?

Bank transfers are accepted. For banking details click on the link commercial and payment services. Remember to bring your proof of payment to your nearest Farm & City Centre branch when you collect your goods.

What are your operating hours?

Mon – Fri: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday 8:00am to 1pm Closed on  Sundays.

Public holiday opening hours will be updated a few days prior to the holiday.

Is online shopping safe?

Yes. We have taken every precaution to ensure your personal details are safe with us. All sensitive information you provide is encrypted using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer technology, and we utilise a leading payment processor. We also insist that all credit card payments use 3D Secure processes (such as MasterCard’s SecureCode and Verified by Visa).

How do I reset my password?

How much fertilizer and seed do I need?

If you are unsure about input quantities simply message us with details of the size of your plot, where you are and what you’re growing and we can help advise you.
